Description: This delicious slow-cooked Lamb Ragu sauce is inspired by the traditional Roman roast lamb or “Abbacchio alla Romana.”
The most tender cut of the lamb is cooked with black olives and a little hint of anchovies & capers, which works amazingly together to create a rich, warm sauce that pairs well with any shape of fresh pasta.
Ingredients: Lamb,Tomatoes, White Wine, Black Olives, Celery, Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Capers, Garlic, Anchovies, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Rosemary.
Cooking Instruction; Bring it back to boil, whilst gently stirring. Ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving. Recommended to be above the 65C when serving
