Description: Slowly cooked Beef Ragu, made following old artisanal recipes, like Grandmas Wants! The beed is Slowly braised with vegetables and white wine, before adding tomatoes and herbs. No preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers are added.
Originating from the city of Bologna, bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce traditionally paired with long shaped pasta such as Pappardelle and Tagliatelle, or used to dress Lasagne, Tortelloni and Cannelloni.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Beef, Onion, Celery, Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf.
Our Recommendation: This delicious Ragu can be beautifully paired with meat or vegetable based filled pasta. Very traditionally we do recommend this sauce to be serve on tagliatelle or cannelloni. Select your favourite pasta and try some very authentic flavours.
Cooking Instruction; Bring it back to boil, whilst gently stirring. Ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving. Recommended to be above the 65C when serving
